Everybody needs ‘Good Neighbours’!

PCH residents, Judith and Andrew Martyr were nominated in the ‘Good Neighbour’ category for the Beacon Awards, in recognition of their good deeds and kind acts.

Put forward by their neighbour, Mrs Watts, the couple have been recognised for their kindness and care, particularly over the colder months, when they checked to make sure Mrs Watts had a hot dinner to keep her warm and nourished. They even helped to brighten up Mrs Watts’ garden by planting some colourful tulips and daffodils in tubs!
