MyPCH user numbers continuing to grow

MyPCH is our online portal which puts you in control and allows you to pay or check your rent, report a repair or get in contact with us to make a comment or complaint. To launch the service, we ran a competition where new members could win a tablet.

For every 500 people who signed up, we gave away a Samsung Galaxy tablet to one lucky winner picked at random. David, a resident from Estover, was delighted to hear that he had won, after the number of MyPCH sign-ups reached 2,500.

He recalled: “I took a call and they said that I had won a tablet. I was a little bit shocked because I wasn’t expecting it all. I didn’t know that I’d been entered automatically after signing up with MyPCH, so it made my day!” On using MyPCH, David added: “It’s really simple to use and once it is set up, you can manage the account easily online and everything is visible.”
