Capturing the imagination

Photography Club

Photography Club is great exposure for Plymouth residents

Our photography club has been going from strength to strength. The group, made up of our residents, meets weekly at Plumer House and is open to people of all levels, with members teaching each other new skills and sharing images.

We’ve also held a series of competitions, with members of the club judging the entries. Themes have included nature, the seasons and, our current competition, reflections. The club is always inundated with entries, with the standard being extremely high.

Jo Steel, resident coordinator, said: “Our photography competitions are proving very popular with residents, and the standard of our entries just keeps on getting better. I’d like to thank everyone for taking the time and effort to capture some amazing photography.”

The club meets from 1pm to 4pm every Monday at Plumer House.
