Tea and Toast

Enjoy a cuppa and make some new friends

The Tea and Toast group meets at Whitleigh Four Greens community centre every Wednesday from 10am to 12pm. The sessions are attended by many PCH residents, including Whitleigh resident Kevin Jackson, who admitted: “Coming to this group is a good way of meeting people and getting people out of their homes. A lot of people suffer from anxiety and groups like this help.”

The group carries out a different activity every week and also takes part in Timebank activities, such as painting, decorating and gardening. There are always plenty of useful things going on at Four Greens, including various exercise classes, help getting online and debt clinics. To find out more call the centre on 01752 875916.
