State-of-the-art business hub

Plumer House

Plumer House welcomes first commercial tenants

Our headquarters, Plumer House, is also home to commercial tenants from other businesses. We first began letting out space at our five-story business centre in Crownhill in 2016, following a £1.5m refurbishment programme.

The building provides open-plan office space, welcoming décor and cutting-edge IT facilities. It also offers the Conference Suite and smaller meeting rooms which are all available to hire. Local businesses and groups are already taking advantage of the facilities, including free WiFi, use of AV equipment and complimentary tea and coffee.

Steve Demuth, of Bailey Partnership, project-managed the renovation works. He said: “Plumer House is a fantastic project to be involved with. The renovations carried out have created an extremely well-equipped, modern and inviting business centre.”

Letting out commercial space enables us to invest in the development of more much-needed affordable and social housing across the city.
